Sergei Guriev

Professor of Economics at Sciences Po, Research Fellow at CEPR

Former Rector of the New Economic School (2004–2013) and a Chief Economist at the EBRD (2015–2019). He is a tenured professor of economics at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR).
